Sustainability at MENNEKES

At MENNEKES, sustainability is more than a word. Through the implementation of concrete actions, we are making a contribution to a more sustainable world every day. We are looking at sustainability from all angles. The aspects of ecological, social and economic concerns, we are considering as a whole.

As a pioneer in electric mobility and developer of the “Type 2” charging plug, we have been involved in shaping the transition to more sustainable energy and mobility from the onset, and we are prepared to do our share on a global scale to help reduce CO₂ emissions with our intelligent eMobility and automotive charging solutions.

True to the maxim “Sustainability starts small”, we are leading the way with various voluntary sustainability measures in production and administration. We are also realizing local environmental protection projects.

Currently, with the aid of a sustainability department and a sustainability council, we are working on how we as a company could work in a more environmentally friendly manner and act more sustainably on a social and economic scale in terms of our production, offices, product solutions, employees and business partners.
