Where can I find my MENNEKES contact?

You can find your MENNEKES contact at national contact persons. Simply choose your region - the right contacts for technical service, project support, offers and orders will then be displayed (including telephone number and email address). More information

Can you freely select the modular device manufacturer of receptacle combinations?

Dependent on the customer's specification, the products from various modular device manufactures can be used.

How can I get STEP files from you?

On the corresponding product detail pages on our website, we offer STEP files for download on some products. STEP files of the remaining articles are available on request.

Can I order partially wired receptacle combinations from MENNNEKES?

We only offer completely wired receptacle combinations, whose quality and safety have been tested in accordance with the standard DIN EN/IEC 61439 .

Can I make changes to the receptacle combination or extend it?

Making a modification to the receptacle combination will make you the manufacturer of the product and you will have to assume full liability for the product.

Can we procure products directly from MENNEKES?

MENNEKES uses a three-stage distribution channel for selling products. MENNEKES products can be procured from our trade partners and electrical wholesalers. Please find trade partners near you here.

Where do you fasten the protective inlet caps?

The protective caps are fastened below the fastening screw of panel-mounted inlets. Some devices have a designated fastening hole. 

What to do in case of complaints?

For the complaint service we need the following information:

  • Please contact the internal sales staff in case of complaints: regional contact for ordering
  • Describe the defect of the delivery or product (with production code of the devices and best with photos of the damage) in as much detail as possible.
  • Required information for complaints processing:
    • reference data (source of supply) of the original order 
    • MENNEKES part number incl. quantity 
    • MENNEKES delivery note and / or
    • MENNEKES invoice number
  • For returns in the course of complaints, please always state the assigned complaint number
  • Please note the distribution channel of the original purchase
  • Please note our reference to warranty in our terms and conditions

 

What does Cepex stand for?

Cepex receptacles are used as a modular system. Regardless of whether SCHUKO®, CEE or data technology is involved: everything is accommodated by the uniform design of our Cepex receptacles across all applications.

Which color code does which product have?

The color code of a product depends on the nominal operating voltage / voltage it is designed for. Our plug ProTOP is available, for example, in the color codes red, blue, yellow, green and black. You can find an overview of the color codes here
