In accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), which has applied since 2024 to companies with more than 1,000 employees, we are committed to complying with human rights and environmental due diligence obligations throughout our supply chain.
Code of Conduct for MENNEKES Suppliers and Business Partners
Our MENNEKES Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners outlines what responsible sourcing means to us and what a trustworthy business relationship looks like.
It covers the following areas:

Statement of Principles
As a company, we are committed to respecting internationally recognized human rights and environmental standards. This statement of principles forms the basis of our actions throughout the entire supply chain and is an integral part of our corporate responsibility.
Reporting
The publication of our BAFA report in accordance with Section 10 of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) will be made on time by December 31, 2025. In this report, we document our risk analyses, preventive measures, and remediation strategies.
