Software updates
Here you can find the latest software updates for our charging systems. Simply select the product group of your devices to download the appropriate files.
Note: Software version 5.33.9 is currently unavailable. The download has been suspended as a precaution.
Background:
- For variants compliant with calibration law, it may occur in some cases that after installation the backend communication is not re-established.
- On Professional charging systems with two charging points, it could also occur during the update that one of the two charge point controllers was not updated to version 5.33.9.
What to do:
- If you have already downloaded 5.33.9: Please do not install the update for now until we provide a corrected version.
- If you have already installed 5.33.9 and the software is not functioning as expected: Please contact our service team via Contact eMobility and have the serial number and location ready.
We are working with high priority on a corrected version and will inform you as soon as it becomes available.

Software update 2.15 (including update to TLS 1.2)
To meet the increasing demands for secure, encrypted communication with the ACU backend system, we are offering software with support for TLS 1.2.
The software update for the operating system and software of the MENNEKES ACU V4 (red housing) can only be installed on-site via a direct connection due to the package size. Installation of the update over the network or backend is not possible.
The comprehensive update, which includes TLS 1.2, only needs to be performed once. After this one-time installation, the TLS 1.2 functionality will remain intact even with future regular updates.
