- Describe the defect of the delivery or product (with production code of the devices and best with photos of the damage) in as much detail as possible.
- Required information for complaints processing:
- reference data (source of supply) of the original order
- MENNEKES part number incl. quantity
- MENNEKES delivery note and / or
- MENNEKES invoice number
- For returns in the course of complaints, please always state the assigned complaint number
- Please note the distribution channel of the original purchase
- Please note our reference to warranty in our terms and conditions
