What is the procedure for returning products?

We need the information below to verify your request:

• Part number
• Quantity
• Reference number (delivery note number or invoice number)
• Reason for return

Provided a return is possible, we will send you a return number and any further information concerning your return shipment. After examining your return shipment, you will be credited for the product price according to the terms and conditions of returns.
